The math behind the estimate

The calculator takes your RFQs per month and the hours it takes to quote one RFQ by hand to work out how much time your team spends quoting today. It then estimates the time remaining with Tidal as a short review per RFQ, subtracts that to get hours saved, and multiplies by your staff cost per hour to convert the time into money, per month and per year.

The one assumption is that Tidal turns each RFQ into roughly a 30-minute review, which reflects Tidal's typical performance: an email RFQ becomes a coded, margin-checked quote in around 30 minutes, with IMPA and ISSA matching at over 90% on the first pass.
