Keep your ERP. Stop retyping into it.

Tidal reads RFQs and supplier invoices, prices and checks every line, and sends the approved result into the ERP you already run, through its API or an import file.

The short answer: Tidal works with the ERP you already run. It connects to ERPNext, Acumatica, Odoo, SAP Business One, NetSuite and Dynamics 365 Business Central, through each one’s API or an import file in its own layout. Approved quotes arrive as sales orders and approved supplier invoices as bills, with your own codes on every line.

Each page shows exactly which documents Tidal creates and how it connects.

Running something else? If your ERP has an API or accepts a CSV or Excel import, Tidal can connect to it. That includes accounting systems and in house tools.

ERP integrations, answered

Which ERPs does Tidal integrate with?
Tidal has set routes for ERPNext, Acumatica, Odoo, SAP Business One, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Any other ERP that has an API, or accepts an import file, can be connected the same way.
How do maritime email and RFQ tools integrate with existing systems?
There are two common routes. The tool either calls the ERP’s API to create documents such as sales orders and purchase invoices, or it produces an import file in the layout the ERP already accepts. Tidal supports both, and keeps your own item, customer, supplier and tax codes on every line so nothing is typed twice.
What does Tidal send to the ERP?
Two documents. An approved quote becomes a sales order. An approved supplier invoice becomes a purchase invoice or bill in payables. Stock, purchasing, invoicing and accounts carry on in your ERP.
Does Tidal replace our ERP?
No. Tidal does the work that happens before the ERP: reading RFQs, pricing lines and typing in supplier invoices. Your ERP stays the system of record.
Our ERP is not on the list. Can we still use Tidal?
Usually yes. If your ERP has an API, or can import a CSV or Excel file, Tidal can send documents to it. Tidal also runs alongside maritime platforms such as ShipNet and Bassnet. Tell us your system on the first call.
